Inviting applications for the role of Associate, Life & Annuity Customer Contact Centre. Motivated individuals whoβre ready to take up challenges and are team oriented in a fast-paced environment. Assisting policy owners and agents with incoming calls pertaining to their life insurance policies/ products. Calls may include questions regarding premium, billing related, customer website access, client changes such as beneficiary changes and address changes.
Essential skills include good analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate verbally and through emails/phones with businesses, prior call center experience, and the ability to multi-task and handle calls and caseload with a high degree of accuracy. Openness for feedback and passion for learning and development are crucial. Must have a High School diploma or above.
