Job Description
This role focuses on delivering professional services implementations across networking technologies and supporting customer success initiatives. The engineer will assist in scoping projects, creating project documentation, and serving as a technical lead and advisor to customers during implementation. After implementation, the role transitions to a resident engineer, providing day-to-day support for the customer's network and change management. The role requires strong skills in troubleshooting, customer requirement analysis, and the ability to implement Extreme products effectively. The candidate will also mentor other team members and assist in estimating professional services engagements.
