Recruiter

This role will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, from initial intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiation and closing. This role will specialize in sourcing and attracting highly skilled technical professionals, including Software Engineers (frontend, backend, full-stack), Data Scientists, Product Managers, and other related roles. This role will recruit for a broad spectrum of business functions, such as Sales (Account Executives, Sales Managers), Operations (Underwriting, Collections), and other corporate roles. The role will act as an ambassador for the brand in the Canadian market, effectively communicating our company culture, values, and employee value proposition.
