Role:
- Own the telemetry pipeline architecture, balancing reliability, performance, and cost at 200+ TB/day.
- Guide observability in agentic development and mentor a team of six engineers.
You:
- 8+ years in backend systems at scale with Python or Kotlin, and distributed systems on AWS and Kubernetes.
- Experience building high-volume telemetry systems with OpenTelemetry, Kafka, and Terraform.
