Security Engineer II (Endpoint Security)

About the Role:

• You will strengthen enterprise cybersecurity by managing and continuously improving application allowlisting controls across company-managed devices.
• You will ensure only approved software can run on protected endpoints while adapting security policies to evolving business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and expand application allowlisting policies, define enforcement tiers, and validate changes before deployment.
• Track endpoint coverage, analyze block data, and process software exception requests against approval criteria.
• Build knowledge bases and support audit readiness while identifying automation opportunities.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in cybersecurity, endpoint security, IT operations, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of endpoint management, application control, and software allowlisting concepts.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills; scripting and endpoint security platform experience are preferred.
