About the Role:
- You will lead customer onboarding, implementation, and optimization to ensure every interaction ends with a happy customer.
- You will build lasting customer relationships and proactively identify opportunities to drive outcomes.
- You will partner with CSMs to address technical barriers and improve adoption.
Requirements:
- You have 4+ years in a customer-facing technical IT role with expert proficiency in at least one core OS.
- You have production patch management experience and hands-on experience with endpoint tools.
- You are skilled in PowerShell or Bash and can diagnose complex technical issues.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The base salary range is $110,000 to $140,000 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
