Daily Workflow Coordination:
- Manage work queue in HubSpot across all submission statuses and balance workload across 21 team members
- Prioritize high-value sellers, time-sensitive submissions, and revenue-impacting inventory
- Monitor daily productivity metrics and identify bottlenecks
Throughput Optimization & Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies and repetitive manual tasks that slow down the team
- Design and implement workflow improvements to increase listings per hour
- Reduce manual data manipulation time for non-standard seller submissions.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Create and maintain SOPs for common listing scenarios and edge cases
- Document workflow improvements and train team on new processes
- Report trends and improvement opportunities to Director of Support
