Registered Nurse Supervisor - Alerts

Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a remote team of RNs and LPNs responsible for reviewing and resolving real-time patient alerts across remote monitoring workflows.
• Monitor queue performance, alert resolution times, throughput, billable activity, and staffing coverage to ensure operational targets and clinical service levels are consistently met.

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered compact RN license required. Minimum of 5 years as a practicing RN in triage, acute care, ICU, urgent care, remote patient monitoring, or chronic disease management.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in high-volume, queue-based, triage, or remote care delivery environments.

Compensation:

• The anticipated salary range for this role is $80,000-$100,000 annually, based on role scope, level, and location. This role is remote and based in the United States.
