Enterprise Implementation Manager

As an Enterprise Implementation Manager (EIM) at Arcadia.io, you will be a highly capable project leader responsible for successfully delivering our product and bringing the customer live. You will have complete responsibility for the end-to-end design, execution, and management of implementation activities, committing to running large, complex implementation projects at high quality and speed to accelerate the path to value for our customers. The EIM provides the first interaction and touchpoint throughout the relationship, making a meaningful contribution to retention and the customer experience. You will run product implementations, developing project plans and coordinating kickoff, product installation, validation, training, and go live. You’ll also educate customer resources on Arcadia’s technical implementation processes, product architecture and functionality, and best practices around complex healthcare data integration and platform usage. You will establish engagement goals, priorities, and timelines, develop detailed project plans, and manage tasks on a day-to-day basis and report status.
