Job Description
This role will own the Strategy & Growth by developing and leading HighLevel’s channel, affiliate, and/or strategic account programs to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth. The individual will be responsible for Partner/ Account Acquisition & Management by Identifying, recruiting, and cultivating high-value partners or accounts, ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
As the Independent Leader, you will serve as the senior escalation point, independently handling complex partner/account challenges and people-related situations with sound judgment. You will provide Team Leadership & Development by leading and developing a global organization of directors, managers, and specialists, ensuring alignment, scalability, and leadership readiness across the Affiliate teams.
Program Design & Optimization will involve developing and managing incentive structures, gamification, commission frameworks, or account growth strategies that maximize engagement and success. They will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to deliver seamless partner and account initiatives and go-to-market strategies. In addition they will need to be willing to represent HighLevel at industry events, partner conferences, and trade shows to strengthen brand presence and recruit new partners or accounts.
