IT Manager

As an IT Manager at HopSkipDrive, you will manage and maintain all IT infrastructure, including networks, devices, and cloud services. You will provide technical support to all employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Regular in-office visits to our Los Angeles headquarters will be required for onsite support and in office events. The role involves overseeing the procurement, deployment, and maintenance of end-user devices (laptops, desktops, peripherals) and managing orders for computer equipment and supplies. You will also manage the IT budget, user accounts, and relationships with IT vendors. Developing and maintaining IT policies and procedures is another key responsibility, along with implementing IT upgrades and providing training to employees. Availability to support and resolve critical incidents and outages is required. You will secure, standardize, and optimize business processes through technical controls to support governance.
