Patient Billing AR Manager

Rula is seeking a Patient Billing AR Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Financial Operations Manager, this role will oversee the onshore billing team, manage the offshore billing vendors, and ensure seamless patient billing processes and systems. This individual will be responsible for execution of billing and collections operations and continuous process improvement as Rula continues to scale. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, strategic thinking, analytical work, and a customer centric personality. Ideal candidates will have experience in healthcare payer operations and revenue cycle management, and be comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
