Lead product design for public-interest digital services impacting New Jersey residents.

What You'll Do:

Create design concepts, prototypes, and mockups for mobile and web interfaces.
Conduct end-to-end user research using interviews, usability testing, and behavioral metrics.
Run collaborative workshops to communicate user needs and align internal and external teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in product design or UI/UX design, with civic tech preferred.
Expert proficiency with Figma including advanced prototyping and design systems.
Deep understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary up to $144,684 commensurate with experience.
