Role Overview:
- End-to-end digital design for participant-facing products and internal tools.
- Translate complex health and operational needs into clear, accessible experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Contribute to and maintain a living design system.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operational stakeholders from discovery to delivery.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of product/UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma, user research, and accessibility principles.
