Identify and solve meaningful user and business problems across the product ecosystem.
Partner with Product and Engineering from discovery through delivery.

Responsibilities:

Build deep knowledge of AAC and assistive technology, users, and workflows.
Create clear user flows, prototypes, and polished designs for complex workflows.
Use AI as a repeatable part of the design workflow.

Qualifications:

5+ years of product design experience with ownership of complex digital products.
Strong interaction design, prototyping, and visual design skills; proficiency in Figma.
Ability to work through ambiguity and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
