ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews refund requests daily for completeness.
- Submits refund requests in good order for approval daily.
- Compiles and sends the necessary documentation for refund checks processing bi-monthly.
Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of three years of medical billing experience required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and computer literacy are required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSAs):
- Strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Strong communication skills both oral and written.
- Attention to detail a must.
