Position Summary:
- Own technical architecture, engineering delivery, and platform governance across the Oracle Fusion ERP ecosystem.
- Assess the current Fusion landscape, identify design gaps and underutilized capabilities, define improvement roadmaps.
- Lead hands-on implementation while ensuring upgrade readiness, performance, and audit compliance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Define and enforce design standards, guardrails, and best practices
- Lead quarterly Fusion upgrades, impact analysis, and regression readiness
- Enable measurable efficiency gains through intelligent workflows and automation.
Required Qualifications:
- 8-12+ years of Oracle ERP experience with 4+ years hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise.
- Strong experience with OIC, APIs, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns.
- Proven ability to identify and remediate technical debt in enterprise ERP environments.
