Business Analyst, FFS Medicaid

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst, FFS Medicaid to join our team! The Business Analyst, Fee for Service (FFS) Medicaid “BA” will provide Business Analysis support for the development, implementation, and maintenance of various products within the FFS Medicaid Department. The initial product requiring support is the Prescriber Services Module. This module will also support workflows including submission of requests that support benefits and coverage, multiple interaction methods, and provider self-help tools. The BA will work with internal and external resources to assess business needs and translate those needs into process flows, detailed requirements, work breakdown structures, and other deliverables that support the development and implementation of a best in class tool. The BA will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support development and product lifecycle activities.
