IT Manager

Monarch is seeking an IT Manager to join our Operations team during a period of hyper-growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will be the driving force behind our IT support experience — scaling the systems, processes, and tools that keep our team productive, secure, and supported. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving problems, serving internal teams, and building IT operations for a modern, fast-paced startup. Own the end-to-end internal IT support function — including device setup, account provisioning, day-to-day troubleshooting, and employee enablement. Implement and scale internal support tools to streamline IT requests, automate workflows, and track support metrics. Collaborate closely with Platform Engineering and Security to manage systems like MDM, SSO, HRIS, and SaaS applications — with a strong focus on access control, onboarding, and secure automation. Build and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation and internal help resources to support a self-service culture. Champion a helpful, responsive, and solutions-oriented IT experience for everyone at Monarch.
