Job Description
Provide OCM services to SMA clients as they transform their organization to align with MES strategy. As a trusted advisor, leadership and guidance will be provided for clients and internal project teams in areas such as strategy and planning, stakeholder engagement, communication, and project delivery. A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience implementing OCM practices for system implementation projects using an industry standard change management framework is required. Familiarity with MES modernization efforts and CMS guidelines are needed.
