Role Overview:
- Serve as the business voice for systems and applications supporting a global Systems Integration organization.
- Shape product vision, roadmap, and backlog for business-critical applications.
- Support a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and refine requirements, process flows, and user stories with testable acceptance criteria.
- Plan and lead user acceptance testing and support go-live and hypercare activities.
- Communicate roadmap progress and priorities to business leaders and delivery teams.
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or functional lead on ERP/CRM projects.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable ERP platforms.
- Agile/Scrum knowledge and strong stakeholder management skills.
Benefits:
- Base salary $85,000–$110,000.
