Quality Coding Software Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Support Lead to support our Managed Care and Community based healthcare clients. Responsibilities include developing strong knowledge of Healthcare SaaS Solutions. The Customer Success Support Lead will provide information about QCSS products and services as well as lead the daily Help Desk Stand-Up Meeting, and participate in maintaining and improving helpdesk standard operating procedures.
