Solutions Engineer

Role Overview:

• Become an expert in the platform and help customers integrate it into CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
• Bring engineering depth to customer conversations and lead technical discovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own proof-of-value engagements from defining success criteria through configuration and technical validation.
• Write or adapt security rules to identify vulnerabilities and explain technical differentiation to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Partner with account executives on complex sales and contribute to team processes and enablement.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of pre-sales engineering experience in enterprise SaaS with security and complex technical products.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and ability to understand code and vulnerabilities across different technology stacks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD environments such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Jenkins, or Buildkite.

Compensation & Location:

• Salary range: $147,000 to $175,000 USD annually.
• Remote in the United States, with a primary location of Los Angeles, California.
