Position Summary:

  • Lead Pendulum's next growth phase by building wholesale and strategic distribution channels.
  • Define and execute strategy across FDMC/AO, healthcare marketplaces, and emerging platforms.
  • Translate clinical credibility into accessible consumer value, building trust and brand resonance.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify, prioritize, and secure key partnerships to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and execute channel-specific go-to-market strategies.
  • Establish KPIs, deliver reports, and build relationships with buyers and platform partners.

Knowledge Requirements:

  • 10+ years in sales or commercial leadership within CPG, healthcare, or science-driven categories.
  • Experience across FDMC retail, distributors, and healthcare marketplace platforms.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth, hit forecasts, and translate complex stories for consumers.

Travel, Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • This role is remote with periodic travel to HQ, partners, and industry events.
  • Team collaboration requires time-zone flexibility to support cross-functional partnerships.
