Senior Product Designer

Focus on design refinement:

-Design and refine the host acquisition funnel.

-Simplify onboarding processes including property setup, pricing configuration, and listing preparation.

-Humanize complex topics to create clear, approachable experiences.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams:

-Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, marketers, and data analysts.

-Prototype and design AI-infused workflows in partnership with ML/AI teams.

-Build polished, responsive interfaces in Figma.

Conduct research and experimentation:

-Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform UX improvements.

-Run rapid experimentation and A/B tests.

-Connect design decisions to business metrics.
