About the Role:

  • Manage group and subsidiary statutory accounts, leading on fraud prevention and compliance.
  • Work with the Director of Finance and external auditors for accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and lead the month end close process.
  • Oversee year end audit and ensure FRS 102 compliance.
  • Own internal controls, VAT returns, and tax planning.
