About the Role:
- Own the end-to-end R2R process, ensuring complete, accurate accounts delivered within Group reporting deadlines.
- Manage the close calendar, balance sheet reconciliations, journals, intercompany, and fixed asset accounting.
Technical Leadership:
- Act as the go-to for technical accounting, forming and defending positions on complex transactions.
- Lead policy ownership across revenue, leases, business combinations, impairment, and consolidation.
Controls and Compliance:
- Design and maintain the control framework over R2R with a strong controls bias, including SOX where applicable.
- Lead year-end audits, statutory filings, and tax compliance across all jurisdictions.
