Responsibilities:
- Analyze merchant account activity alerts to identify suspicious transactions or processing issues.
- Review system and department reporting to identify potential processing issues and mitigate losses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, communicate, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or three years related experience; previous risk experience preferred.
- Ability to interpret credit reports, billing statements, contracts, and process documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in risk management tools and fraud detection methodologies.
