Audit tickets across workspaces to ensure PRDs are complete and business cases validated for technical completeness.
Serve as the expert for Jira, configuring workflows, managing backlogs, and building reporting for leadership visibility.
Monitor roadmap adherence, identify bottlenecks, and call out missing information to ensure sprint and release predictability.

Qualifications:

3+ years experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar execution-focused roles in multi-product SaaS.
Expert-level knowledge of Jira configuration and workflow design with a strong perspective on world-class product operations.
Proficiency with data tools and documentation platforms, and experience using AI tools to automate tasks.
