Job Description

Executive Relationship Strategy:

  • Act as the primary owner for national-scale residential solar financiers and O&M providers.
  • Influence key decision-makers to ensure long-term retention and partnership health.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and scale the Residential Client Success Management (CSM) team.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, guiding the team from tactical support to strategic account management.

Portfolio Performance & Financial Yield:

  • Collaborate with internal technical and financial teams to ensure client portfolios meet performance guarantees.
  • Accountable for the narrative regarding yield expectations, SLAs, and technical uptime.

Commercial Growth:

  • Identify and execute opportunities for service expansion and upsell within existing major accounts.
  • Turning service delivery into revenue growth.
