The Payroll Expert serves as a regional subject matter expert, taking responsibility for end-to-end payroll execution for specific countries or regions. The role demands a deep technical knowledge of local payroll regulations, system implementation, and vendor management. You will act as the go-to resource for complex payroll matters and drive continuous improvement in payroll processes.
Responsibilities include evaluating and selecting relevant payroll software, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution, preparing internal reports, owning local HR processes, scheduling payroll expenses, and staying informed of regulatory changes. You will also answer complex payroll and HR related questions from employees and clients.
