Team Leadership & Management:
- Leading and developing a high-performing fundraising team.
- Building a team culture grounded in accountability and continuous improvement.
- Providing strategic direction on major proposals and donor-facing materials.
Strategic Partnerships, Philanthropy & Revenue Leadership:
- Owning and expanding a portfolio of high-value institutional partners.
- Building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Bringing strategic insight to partnership design.
External Leadership & Representation:
- Acting as a senior external representative at conferences and donor forums.
- Building and nurturing relationships across philanthropy and HNW networks.
- Participating in strategic convenings.
