Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy AI agents and Copilot solutions using Microsoft 365 and Copilot Studio.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify workflows and validate agent prototypes.
- Ensure production readiness and monitor agent performance, adoption, and business impact.
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years in software or AI engineering, with 2-3+ years hands-on in Microsoft 365 or workflow automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into agent designs.
- Experience with governed AI platforms, content architecture, and CI/CD practices.
