Senior Collaboration Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions including Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 and Copilot via stakeholder engagement and enablement strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to collaboration engineers and manage complex projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 workloads (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
• Experience with Copilot and AI-driven productivity tools.

Experience:

• 7+ years designing enterprise collaboration platforms with Microsoft technologies.
• Proven senior engineering or technical leadership role with mentoring.
• Demonstrated success in adoption and change management for Microsoft 365.
