Accounts Payable Manager

As Kiva's Accounts Payable (AP) Manager, you will work with various teams including Business Operations, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Expansion teams to optimize processes and procedures using systems to scale with company growth. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring and leading an internal team who provide day-to-day AP, expense reimbursable and corporate credit card support. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable delivering on operational goals and process transformation. Lead the annual tax filings for 1099s. Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders. Develop internal controls related to accounts payable cycle to ensure compliance with audit. Develop relevant metrics and analytics to monitor payables, expenses and cash outflows. Own audit AP and expense audit requests.
