Sr. Physician Recruiter

We’re looking for a highly-driven Sr. Physician Recruiter with a keen interest in healthcare and a passion for recruitment to join us in our mission. This role will focus on hiring physicians, a key component in our quest to revolutionize patient care. In this dynamic, hands-on position, you will work closely with leadership teams to identify, attract, and hire top physician talent. Responsibilities include using various platforms to identify and reach out to potential physician candidates; source talent for a variety of physician positions; create and manage job postings; and execute effective sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate will be highly driven, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a proactive approach are essential.
