Shape and deliver the highest-priority, most complex programs for Atlassian's Developer Infrastructure & Productivity teams.
Bring clarity to ambiguous business and technical problems and turn strategy into measurable customer and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Analyze business objectives, customer needs, product adoption inhibitors, and industry trends to define a long-term strategy and roadmap.
Manage the full lifecycle of technical programs from initiation to forecasting, budgeting, and scheduling.
Influence engineers and architects and manage complex dependencies across the company.

Minimum Qualifications:

8+ years of experience on software teams as a Development Manager or TPM.
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Technical understanding of system flows, block architectures, APIs, storage, networking, and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications:

A B.S. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a Technical Discipline.
