Revenue Management Analyst

The Revenue Management Analyst is a key member of the Revenue Management team tasked to ensure Evolve is the market leader in rental income generation for our owners. In this role, you will collaborate on our proprietary pricing algorithm, analyzing and auditing our revenue products, and contribute to the strategic success of our revenue products. Manage revenue strategy and application for assigned initiatives, becoming an expert in our proprietary pricing algorithm.  Contribute to the rollout of revenue product enhancements to the portfolio by completing shadow release QAs and assessing risk of launch. Analyzes data sets to resolve issues, improving algorithmic outputs and go to market pricing to drive revenue for owners.  Influence revenue product development by escalating blockers and opportunities, adding perspective from the business user side, and helping to narrow in on problem statements.  Act as a point of contact for resolving listing performance, offering research, analysis, and operational data to help inform solutions.  Contributes to ongoing and future projects and initiatives by utilizing unique skill set and viewpoint
