- Establish yourself as a top‑performing Home & Auto advisor, hitting and exceeding monthly sales and activity targets.
- Continuously optimize your own sales process by testing new hooks, discovery questions, and follow‑up cadences.
- Contribute to a scalable, repeatable sales playbook for Home & Auto.
