Authorize and review utilization of mental health and substance abuse services across inpatient/outpatient settings.
Perform concurrent reviews, develop discharge plans, and coordinate care with providers and facilities.
Provide telephone triage, crisis intervention, and emergency authorizations as assigned.

Qualifications:

Current licensure required (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, LPC, RN) with minimum 2 years post-degree experience.
Knowledge of utilization management procedures, community resources, and DSM V.
Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.

Work Environment:

Fully remote position but requires Idaho licensure and potentially licensure in your state of residence.
Maintain an active workload in line with national performance standards.
Interact with Physician Advisors and community agencies to ensure quality care.

Compensation:

Salary range $64,285 - $102,855 based on national data, adjusted for location and experience.
Eligibility for short-term incentives and comprehensive benefits package (health, life, voluntary perks).
