What You'll Do:
- Help define and drive the ML engineering strategy for Discovery Mode and related royalty programs.
- Design, build, evaluate, ship, and refine production ML systems through hands-on development.
- Provide technical leadership across complex ML initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Who You Are:
- Deep experience with Machine Learning algorithms, modeling, evaluation, and experimentation.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing production ML systems at scale using Python, Java, or Scala.
- Strong communication and ability to set technical direction and navigate ambiguity.

- Remote work within North America, with team operating in Eastern time zone.
