The Retail Construction Project Manager will lead the project management and organization of retail shop fit outs including quality, relevance and timeliness of new shop construction, refits and refreshes, closures  and store maintenance of existing shop locations. Effectively manage Capex, working on estimates, verifying project actuals and updating capex forecast. Ensure project schedules are well planned and executed, collaborating with the Retailers, SSP, Real Estate leasing and finance.

Lush North America supports 252 retail stores in Canada and the USA, a business based in Canada, and manufacturing centers in Vancouver and Toronto.

• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of Oura’s visual merchandising strategy across all retail partners in the Americas.
• Collaborate with internal design team and external partners from concept through installation, ensuring designs meet cost, quality, and sustainability goals.
• Own and manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets related to visual merchandising and fixture programs.
