Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff to the COO and co-founder will bring structure to complexity and ensure execution at the highest level. Located in the Eastern Time Zone, a critical project involves designing and developing a performance management process. This role requires someone who enhances human performance systems. Responsibilities include running the Quarterly OKR process, building out performance review frameworks, assisting in leadership meetings, leading strategic communications, exploring market expansion opportunities, assisting in M&A integrations, and running special projects. In the first year, expect to implement a best-in-class performance review process, take ownership of the quarterly planning process, know the business inside out, and build relationships with the executive and management teams.
