- Oversee user acceptance testing and deployment of omnichannel marketing capabilities.
Strategy & Leadership:
- Drive prioritization of initiatives aligned with lifecycle marketing strategy and measurable revenue impact.
- Track key performance indicators for MarTech effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
- Coach junior colleagues in MarTech product management processes and data governance best practices.
