Job Description
Legal Leadership:
- Serve as the primary legal advisor to internal teams.

Contract Management:
- Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements.
- Handle master services, marketing, and vendor agreements.
- Manage channel and strategic partner agreements.
Risk and Compliance:
- Advise on legal risks related to product development and employee relations.
- Address regulatory considerations for go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
