Job Description
The Manager of Strategy & Analytics will dive into data and processes to understand major operational challenges and opportunities. They will present findings to stakeholders and recommend actionable solutions for non-analytical partners including Senior Leadership. The person in this role will re-define and challenge company KPIs that are critical to achieving company and business unit goals and work closely with the product and operations teams in defining tests and experimental design. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, STEM, or other analytical field and have 2-4 years professional experience in marketing, product, strategy, or business analytics.
