Role Overview:
- Collaborate with a team resolving application support issues.
- Ensure efficient issue handling using ITIL best practices.
- Cover Canadian hours for one week every 10 weeks.

- Investigate and resolve application issues within SLA targets.
- Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and solutions.

- Strong SQL skills for database management.
- Experience supporting web-based applications.
