Job Description

Role Overview:

  • Collaborate with a team resolving application support issues.
  • Ensure efficient issue handling using ITIL best practices.
  • Cover Canadian hours for one week every 10 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve application issues within SLA targets.
  • Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and solutions.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong SQL skills for database management.
  • Experience supporting web-based applications.
  • Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
