Responsibilities:

  • Review invoices related to Lifeway POs to ensure prices match.
  • Monitor for early pay discounts and ensure they are applied appropriately.
  • Research discrepancies in quantities received with the purchasing department.

Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in business and financial systems.
  • Strong mathematical and numerical skills with attention to financial accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Document work procedures in manuals for cross-training other employees.
  • Maintain records related to any suppliers that elect recurring payments.
  • Review the Unpaid Receipts report to follow-up on supplier invoicing.
