Responsibilities:
- Review invoices related to Lifeway POs to ensure prices match.
- Monitor for early pay discounts and ensure they are applied appropriately.
- Research discrepancies in quantities received with the purchasing department.
Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable.
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in business and financial systems.
- Strong mathematical and numerical skills with attention to financial accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
Additional Responsibilities:
- Document work procedures in manuals for cross-training other employees.
- Maintain records related to any suppliers that elect recurring payments.
- Review the Unpaid Receipts report to follow-up on supplier invoicing.
