About the Role:
- Lead and manage a cross-functional engineering team of up to 10 engineers, ensuring delivery, quality, and technical outcomes.
- Partner closely with Product, Trading, and Senior Engineering to translate business requirements into execution.
- Evolve engineering processes including planning, CI/CD, code reviews, testing, and release management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years as an Engineering Manager leading multiple squads.
- Strong technical background in mobile and web engineering, plus experience with AWS and hybrid infrastructure.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and performance monitoring in high-reliability domains.
