Role Overview:
- Lead complex, cross-functional new product development projects for IVD assays and diagnostic instrument systems.
- Manage project planning from concept through launch, focusing on design control, schedule, risk, resources, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Clinical, Operations, Marketing, and external partners to define scope and drive alignment.
- Develop and communicate integrated project plans, critical path, dependencies, and performance status to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of project management experience leading complex product development.
- Direct experience managing FDA-regulated IVD projects through clearance or approval and commercial launch.
